1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends/holidays. During periods of high demand (such as product drops or promotions), processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Delivery within Greater Toronto Area:

Same-day shipping on orders placed before 3pm

Standard Local Shipping: 1–3 business days

Domestic Shipping:

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

3. Shipping Locations

We primarily ship within ONTARIO, and across CANADA.

4. Local Pickup

Local customers can select pickup at checkout.

Pickup location: 3-55 Winges Rd, Vaughan, ON
Pickup hours: MON-FRI 10am-2pm

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.

6. Freshness & Perishable Goods Policy

Because coffee is a perishable product, all  sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at verybestdistributing@gmail.com so we can assist.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
