Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends/holidays. During periods of high demand (such as product drops or promotions), processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Canadian standard shipping is $10 CAD on orders below $100 CAD and free on orders of $100 CAD or more. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Local Delivery within Greater Toronto Area:
Same-day shipping on orders placed before 3pm
Standard Local Shipping: 1–3 business days
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
3. Shipping Locations
We primarily ship within ONTARIO, and across CANADA.
4. Local Pickup
Local customers can select pickup at checkout.
Pickup location: 3-55 Winges Rd, Vaughan, ON
Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.
6. Freshness & Perishable Goods Policy
Because coffee is a perishable product, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged package, etc.), please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at verybestdistributing@gmail.com
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days of delivery at verybestdistributing@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue under our refund policy. For a missing package, contact us so we can assist with the carrier.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
